今日刊发由丽江市外办主任张丽伟同志用中英双语撰写的文章《桥·缘·梦》（Bridge, Bond and Dream）。作者结合自己从事外事工作24年的心路历程，讲述如何将丽江得天独厚的自然禀赋与绚丽多彩的民族文化转化为外事资源优势，积极投身对外交流合作，讲好中国故事、云南故事，书写属于自己的外事篇章。透过茶马古道的千年回响、雪山古城的国际对话，让我们共同聆听新时代地方外事工作者守正创新、融通中外的奋进足音。

桥·缘·梦

在丽江古城温柔和煦的阳光下，不知不觉我已经从事外事工作24年。丽江，这座古老而又充满活力的城市，不仅是我生长的地方，更是我心灵的归宿。从事地方外事工作，对我而言，不仅是一份职业，更是一份深沉的爱，是对家乡、对这份事业、对世界各地朋友的热爱与敬仰。

记得初涉外事工作时，心中满是对未知的好奇与憧憬，而今，更多的是感动与回忆。丽江，这座承载着深厚文化底蕴的城市，每一次的国际交流，都是向世界展示其独特魅力的机会。而我，有幸成为这座城市的使者，将丽江的故事，将中国的文化，传递给来自五湖四海的朋友。这份职责，让我深感荣幸，也让我深知其背后的重量。

二十四年，时光如梭，却也留下了无数珍贵的记忆。每一次的国际交流活动，都是一次心灵的碰撞与文化的交融。从策划到执行，从接待到送别，每一个细节，我都力求完美，做到用心、用情。因为我知道，每一次的交流，都可能成为连接两个世界的桥梁，都可能为丽江带来新的机遇，为家乡人民带来更多的福祉。

在与外国友人的交往中，我深切地感受到文化的多样性和人类情感的共通性。尽管语言不同，习俗各异，但我们对于美好生活的向往，对于真诚友谊的珍视，却是如此相似。这些来自不同文化背景的朋友，他们带来的不仅是新奇的观点和视角，更是对这个世界更深层次的理解和尊重。在与他们的交流中，我学会了倾听，学会了包容，也学会了如何用更加开放的心态去拥抱这个多彩的世界。

外事工作，让我有机会见证丽江的成长与变化。从一座默默无闻的古城，到如今享誉世界的旅游胜地，丽江的每一步发展，都离不开国际交流与合作。而我，作为这一进程的参与者，见证了丽江如何以开放包容的姿态，迎接来自世界各地的朋友，也见证了丽江如何以其独特的魅力，成为连接中国与世界的桥梁。

更重要的是，外事工作让我收获了无数珍贵的友谊。这些朋友，他们来自不同的国家，拥有不同的背景，但共同的是，我们都热爱和平，热爱文化，热爱这个美好的世界。与他们的交往，让我深刻体会到，尽管世界广阔无垠，但人心之间的那份温暖与理解，却是跨越国界的。这些友谊，成为了我人生中最宝贵的财富，也是我继续前行的动力。

回首过去，我深知，从事地方外事工作，不仅是一份职责，更是一份使命。它让我有机会将家乡的美，中国的文化，推向世界，也让我有机会结识来自世界各地的朋友，共同探索这个世界的奥秘和美好。虽已年近半百，但在未来的日子里，我将继续以满腔的热情，投身到这份充满挑战与机遇的事业中，为丽江的发展贡献自己的力量，也为促进世界和平与友谊搭建更多的桥梁。

在丽江的蓝天白云下，我将继续以一颗热爱家乡、热爱事业、热爱世界的心，书写属于自己的外事篇章，让丽江的故事，让世界的故事，在我的生命中绽放更加璀璨的光芒。

Bridge, Bond and Dream

Under the gentle and warm sunshine of the old town of Lijiang, I have unknowingly been engaged in foreign affairs work for 24 years. Lijiang, this ancient yet vibrant city, is not only where I grew up but also the home of my soul. Engaging in local foreign affairs work is not just a profession for me; it is a profound love and respect for my hometown, for this career, and for friends from all over the world.

I remember when I first ventured into the field of foreign affairs, my heart was filled with curiosity and longing for the unknown. Today, however, it is more filled with appreciation and memories. Lijiang, this city with a profound cultural heritage, seizes every opportunity of international exchange to showcase its unique charm to the world. And I, fortunate enough to be the bridge of this city, convey the stories of Lijiang and the culture of China to friends from all corners of the globe. This responsibility fills me with honor and also makes me deeply aware of its weight.

Twenty-four years have passed swiftly, leaving countless precious memories in their wake. Every international exchange activity is a collision of souls and a fusion of cultures. From planning to execution, from reception to farewell, I strive for perfection in every detail, putting my heart and soul into it. Because I know that every exchange has the potential to become a bridge connecting two worlds, bringing new opportunities to Lijiang and more benefit to the people of my hometown.

In my interactions with foreign friends, I deeply feel the diversity of cultures and the universality of human emotions. Despite different languages and customs, our yearning for a better life and our cherishing of sincere friendship are so similar. These friends from diverse cultural backgrounds bring not only novel viewpoints and perspectives but also a deeper understanding and respect for this world. Through communicating with them, I have learned to listen, to be inclusive, and to embrace this colorful world with a more open mindset.

Foreign affairs work has given me the opportunity to witness the growth and transformation of Lijiang. From a once obscure ancient city to a now world-renowned tourist destination, and thus every step of Lijiang's development has been inseparable from international exchange and cooperation. As a participant in this process, I have witnessed how Lijiang welcomed friends from all over the world with an open and inclusive attitude and how it has become a bridge connecting China and the world with its unique charm.

More importantly, foreign affairs work has allowed me to gain countless precious friendships. These friends came from different countries and possess diverse backgrounds, but what we share in common is our love for peace, culture, and this beautiful world. My interactions with them have made me profoundly realize that although the world is vast and boundless, the warmth and understanding between hearts transcend national borders. These friendships have become the most valuable treasure in my life and the driving force for me to continue moving forward.

Looking back on the past, I deeply understand that engaging in local foreign affairs work is not just a responsibility but also a mission. It gives me the opportunity to introduce the beauty of my hometown and the culture of China to the world and to meet friends from all over the globe to explore the mysteries and beauty of this world together. Although I am approaching my fifties, in the days to come, I will continue to devote myself with passion to this career full of challenges and opportunities, contributing my strength to the development of Lijiang and building more bridges for world peace and friendship.

Under the blue skies and white clouds of Lijiang, I will continue to write my own chapter in foreign affairs with a heart full of love for my hometown, my career, and the world, letting the stories of Lijiang and the world shine more brightly in my life.
