I am very happy to attend this forum, which we can talk about the important issues of regional cooperation. Afghanistan has an important location that includes all sides of Asia, and this is the great pride of Afghan people. Accordingly, a stable Afghanistan is very important for the region and the world. Fortunately, after four decades, Afghanistan has become stable.

I would like to thank the People’s Republic of China for holding this important forum which is effective for promoting constant communication between countries, jointly responding problems and enhancing closer relations.

Dear Participants,

After the political progress in Afghanistan and the establishment of the Islamic Emirate, security threats to foreign organizations have decreased. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has made a round-the-clock effort and sacrifice to establish security which has thwarted many foreign plans for instability. The Islamic Emirate has always emphasized that regional coordination and close relations between countries is the only way to fight instability.

The Islamic Emirate wants good relations with all countries, including the countries that were at war with us in the last twenty years. I would like to thank the countries that did not close their political agencies in Afghanistan and continued their activities, and I ask the other countries to fully reactivate their political agencies in Afghanistan, which will strengthen our political, economic and security relations between Afghanistan and these countries. The Islamic Emirate is ready to provide the full security of the political agencies of the countries in Afghanistan.

Some parties are trying to show the Islamic Emirate as weak in providing security by providing false information to the world. The Islamic Emirate wants to have a policy of mutual respect, good neighborliness and non-interference in the internal affairs of countries, and emphasizes the expansion of regional and global relations and cooperation.

Dear Participants,

The world order is rapidly changing and in this case it is necessary for the countries of the region to have close political, economic and security relations. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan considers the strengthening of economic relations very important to create progress and prosperity and asks the countries of the region to invest in different sectors in Afghanistan. We are ready to provide the necessary conditions for foreign investment in Afghanistan. Afghanistan is a country rich in minerals. Investment in the mining sector of Afghanistan is very important to strengthen the economy of Afghanistan.

The Islamic Emirate has kept all its government offices open despite many problems, including banking and financial sanctions and the freezing of Afghan assets by the US, in order to provide services to the people. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has managed to eradicate corruption in all Afghan offices.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan asks the countries of the region to cooperate in the export of high quality agricultural products of Afghanistan. The People’s Republic of China plays an important role in the Afghan pine nuts export in the Afghan economy, which has helped the Afghan people, and we appreciate China’s cooperation in this sector. Afghanistan is an agricultural country and most of the Afghan people are engaged in the agriculture sector. Cooperation for the export of Afghan agricultural products has a direct impact on the life and economy of the Afghan people.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan plays a big role in ensuring global security by creating security domestically. Now there is no threat from Afghanistan towards the neighboring countries and regional cooperation will eliminate and deal with the possible threats.

Some parties are trying to spread their influence and implement their plans to create problems in the region. Only with constant cooperation and communication can we strengthen stability and security in the region. A stable Afghanistan is important for the economy, security and prosperity of the regional countries. Fortunately, after forty years of war, Afghanistan is now more secure and we assure the countries of the region that we will not allow anyone to use Afghanistan to destabilize these countries.

The Islamic Emirate is ready to participate in large regional economic projects and asks the countries of the region to resume their economic projects in Afghanistan, which is effective for Afghanistan to join the world.

We all know that the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change and recently the Ukraine crisis have affected all countries. To end these problems it needs economic progress and strengthened relations between countries. By adopting a balanced and economy-oriented policies, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan tries to build close relations and cooperation with the countries of the region and the world.
