境外输入现有确诊病例139例。累计确诊病例1160例，累计治愈出院病例1021例，无死亡病例。

截至10月21日24时，全省现有确诊病例140例，累计治愈出院病例1413例，累计死亡病例2例，累计报告确诊病例1555例。累计追踪到密切接触者29270人，尚在医学观察的密切接触者432人。

全省新增无症状感染者5例，其中本土无症状感染者3例（瑞丽市集中隔离管理密接人员和抵边严管区重点人群定期核酸检测各发现1例，陇川县抵边严管区重点人群定期核酸检测发现1例），境外输入无症状感染者2例（瑞丽市）；无解除医学观察；尚在医学观察的无症状感染者63例（境外输入47例）。

From 0:00 to 24:00 on October 21, 2021, 4 confirmed cases of COVID-19 were newly found in Yunnan Province (inbound from Myanmar). 5 confirmed cases were released from hospital after being cured and 129 close contacts were released from medical observation on October 21, 2021. 

At present, there still remain 139 inbound confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Yunnan Province. A total of 1160 inbound confirmed cases had been found in Yunnan Province, among which 1021 cases had been released from hospital after being cured and there were no death cases.  

As of 24:00 of October 21, 2021, there still remain 140 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and a total of 1555 confirmed cases had been found in Yunnan Province, among which 1413 cases had been released from hospital after being cured with 2 death cases. So far, a total of 29270 close contacts had been traced and 432 close contacts are still under medical observation.

From 0:00 to 24:00 on October 21, 2021, 5 asymptomatic cases (2 local cases found respectively in the regular nucleic acid testing to the close contacts in the isolation spot and to the key population in the strict control bordering area in Ruili City, 1 local case found in the regular nucleic acid testing to the key population in the strict control bordering area in Longchuan County and 2 inbound cases found in Ruili City) were newly found and no asymptomatic cases were released from isolation medical observation in Yunnan Province. There still remain 63 asymptomatic cases (47 inbound) under medical observation in Yunnan.
