境外输入现有确诊病例140例。累计确诊病例1156例，累计治愈出院病例1016例，无死亡病例。

截至10月20日24时，全省现有确诊病例141例，累计治愈出院病例1408例，累计死亡病例2例，累计报告确诊病例1551例。累计追踪到密切接触者29221人，尚在医学观察的密切接触者512人。

全省新增无症状感染者3例（均为本土无症状感染者，瑞丽市抵边村严管区重点人群定期核酸检测发现1例、芒市集中隔离点密接人员核酸检测发现2例）；解除医学观察4例；尚在医学观察的无症状感染者58例（境外输入45例）。

From 0:00 to 24:00 on October 20, 2021, confirmed cases  of COVID-19 had no increase in Yunnan Province. 9 confirmed cases were released from hospital after being cured and 1 close contact was released from medical observation on October 20, 2021. 

At present, there still remain 140 inbound confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Yunnan Province. A total of 1156 inbound confirmed cases had been found in Yunnan Province, among which 1016 cases had been released from hospital after being cured and there were no death cases.  

As of 24:00 of October 20, 2021, there still remain 141 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and a total of 1551 confirmed cases had been found in Yunnan Province, among which 1408 cases had been released from hospital after being cured with 2 death cases. So far, a total of 29221 close contacts had been traced and 512 close contacts are still under medical observation.

From 0:00 to 24:00 on October 20, 2021, 3 asymptomatic cases (1 local case found  in the regular nucleic acid testing to the key population in the strict control bordering area in Ruili City and 2 local cases found in the nucleic acid testing in the isolation spot in Mangshi City) were newly found and 4 asymptomatic cases were released from isolation medical observation in Yunnan Province. There still remain 58 asymptomatic cases (45 inbound) under medical observation in Yunnan.
