4月27日0时至24时，云南省无新增确诊病例和无症状感染者。
截至4月27日24时，累计境外输入确诊病例11例，治愈出院9例，现有境外输入确诊病例2例。累计境外输入无症状感染者4例，均已解除医学观察。

根据国家卫健委消息，4月27日0时至24时，31个省 (自治区、直辖市)和新疆生产建设兵团报告新增确诊病例6例，其中3例为境外输入病例，3例为本土病例（黑龙江3例）；无新增死亡病例；新增疑似病例1例，为境外输入疑似病例（上海1例）。当日新增治愈出院病例81例，解除医学观察的密切接触者915人，重症病例减少2例。境外输入现有确诊病例552例（含重症病例21例），现有疑似病例6例。累计确诊病例1639例，累计治愈出院病例1087例，无死亡病例。
截至4月27日24时，据31个省（自治区、直辖市）和新疆生产建设兵团报告，现有确诊病例648例（其中重症病例50例），累计治愈出院病例77555例，累计死亡病例4633例，累计报告确诊病例82836例，现有疑似病例9例。累计追踪到密切接触者731015人，尚在医学观察的密切接触者8014人。

据世界卫生组织4月27日发布的全球新冠肺炎疫情最新简报显示，截至北京时间4月27日17时，全球累计确诊新冠肺炎2878196例，死亡共计198668例。与前一日数据相比，新增确诊病例85530例，新增死亡病例4982例，无新增国家和地区出现新冠肺炎病例。具体分布如下：

4月27日，外交部新闻发言人表示，近期美国国内有不少质疑并担忧美国政府是否及时有效应对疫情的声音。这些声音包括，疫情到底最早何时在美国出现？美国政府是否隐瞒了什么？为什么急着向其他国家和国际组织“甩锅”？
在这些问题上，我们希望美国政府能够及时回应本国人民和国际社会的关切，是否也可以请世卫组织协助调查。流行性疾病是人类的共同敌人，中国人民和美国人民都是受害者，国际社会只有团结协作，才能战而胜之。我们希望美方本着公开、透明、负责任的态度，切实采取有效措施维护好本国人民的生命安全和身体健康，并同国际社会一道共同维护好全球公共卫生安全。
Briefing on Novel Coronavirus Cases
in Yunnan (April 27, 2020)
From 0:00 to 24:00 of April 27, 2020, confirmed infections and asymptomatic cases of COVID-19 in Yunnan Province had no increase.
As of 24:00 of April 27, in a total of 11 imported confirmed cases reported in Yunnan, 9 patients were released from hospital after being cured and there still remained 2 imported confirmed cases. All the total 4 imported asymptomatic cases reported in Yunnan had been freed from medical observation.

According to the Chinese National Health Commission, from 0:00 to 24:00 of April 27, 31 provincial-level regions on the Chinese mainland as well as the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 6 new cases of confirmed infections (3 indigenous cases in Heilongjiang province and 3 imported cases), 1 new case of suspected infections (an imported case in Shanghai municipality), and no deaths. 81 patients were released from hospital after being cured. 915 people who had had close contact with infected patients were freed from medical observation. Serious cases decreased by 2. The Chinese mainland had reported 1,639 cases of imported confirmed infections and no deaths. In all, 1,087 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 552 confirmed cases (including 21 in serious condition) and 6 suspected cases.
As of 24:00 of April 27, the National Health Commission had received reports of 82,836 confirmed cases and 4,633 deaths in 31 provincial-level regions on the Chinese mainland and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, and in all 77,555 patients had been cured and discharged from hospital. There still remained 648 confirmed cases (including 50 in serious condition) and 9 suspected cases. So far, 731,015 people have been identified as having had close contact with infected patients. 8,014 are now under medical observation.

According to the latest COVID-19 daily situation report released by WHO on April 27, as of BJT 17:00 of April 27, a total of 2,878,196 confirmed infections of COVID-19 and 198,668 deaths were reported globally. 85,530 new confirmed cases and 4,982 new deaths were found and no new country/territory/area reported cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours. On April 27, the Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson said that many in the US have been questioning and worrying whether the US government has responded timely and effectively to the outbreak. They want to get the facts straight: when did the first case occur in the US? Is the US government hiding something? Why is it so desperately seeking to pin the blame on other countries and international organizations?
We hope the US government can timely respond to the concerns of its own people and the international community. The WHO may also be invited to help review this process.
Infectious diseases are the common enemy of all mankind, and both the Chinese and American people are victims. Only through solidarity and cooperation can the international community win the war against the virus. We hope the US will adopt an open, transparent and responsible attitude, take effective measures to safeguard the life and health of its people, and work with the international community to safeguard global public health security.

Từ 00:00 đến 24:00 ngày 27 tháng 4,Tỉnh Vân Nam không có ca ghi nhận và ca lây nhiễm không triệu chứng mới.
Tính đến 24:00 ngày 27 tháng 4, tỉnh Vân Nam luỹ tích có 11 ca lây nhiễm nhập cảnh từ nước ngoài,có 9 ca được chữa khỏi, hiện nay vẫn còn 2 ca lây nhiễm nhập cảnh từ nước ngoài. Luỹ tích có 4 ca lây nhiễm không triệu chứng nhập cảnh từ nước ngoài, 4 ca này đều không cần tiếp tục theo dõi y tế.
